No. R -93 -41 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N <br /> Date: Dec. 16, 1993 <br /> A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE 1994 DEBT LEVY ON <br /> GENERAL OBLIGATION DEBT <br /> WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Falcon Heights has funds <br /> on hand in the Debt Service Funds in the amount of $123,900.00; and <br /> WHEREAS, this amount is strictly reserved for the debt payment on <br /> the General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1993, and General Obligation <br /> Improvement Bonds of 1991. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of <br /> Falcon Heights that the following be removed from the 1994 tax levy: <br /> G.O. Improvement Bonds $101,400.00 <br /> G.O.
