Stat. 435.19. <br /> 13. Attorneys' Fees. The School District agrees to pay the City's attorneys' fees, <br /> if any, incurred to enforce or defend this Agreement, or of any action arising out of or resulting <br /> from this Agreement. <br /> 14. Indemnification. To the fullest extent ermitted by law, the School District <br /> shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City I and against all claims, damages, <br /> attorneys' losses and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable fees arising out of or <br /> resulting from the cons on of the Improvements or the enforcement or defense of any <br /> provision of this Agreement. <br /> 15. Construction. This Agreement is entered into by the City as a voluntary measure <br /> to cooperate with the School District It is the intent of the parties that this Agreement be <br /> construed to hold the City lxatmless from any financial losses or costs associated with this <br /> transaction and that the same shall be fully paid by the School District. <br /> 1b. Ames.
