Page 2 <br /> Planning Commission Minutes <br /> November 22, 1993 <br /> DISCUSSION OF USES UNDER THE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT MORATORIUM <br /> Due to lack of a quorum at last month's meeting, discussion continued regarding <br /> direction to proceed with the proposed eight uses in the commercial development <br /> moratorium. During the past month, staff gathered additional information pertaining <br /> to ways that the city's zoning code may be changed to address each of the <br /> the eight uses. Paul Colton, planning intern, and Susan Hoyt, city admdinistrator, <br /> proceeded to inform the commission of the findings of the staff research and <br /> commissioners questioned and discussed the findings with each other and with Susan <br /> Hoyt, Paul Colton and Peter Bachman, city attorney. <br /> Commissioners' direction to staff was to proceed with drafting the proposed changes <br /> into the zoning code and presenting it to them at a future time. Peter Bachman also <br /> said these changes should be made in the city's comprehensive plan. <br /> CHANGE IN MEETING DATE FOR DECEMBER AND TIME CHANGE FOR FUTURE <br /> MEETINGS <br /> Susan Hoyt asked the commission if they would prefer to meet on December 20th <br /> rather than December 27th to which they all agreed. Additionally, commissioners <br /> agreed to a permanent time change at which to begin future meetings from 7:30 p.m. <br /> to 7:00 p.m. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M. <br /> Susan Hoyt, City Administrator /Planner <br /> Patricia Phillips, Recording Secretary <br />
