MINUTES <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> FEBRUARY 9, 1994 <br /> Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:03 p.m. <br /> ALL MEMBERS PRESENT <br /> Baldwin, Hustad, Gehrz, Gibson Talbot and Jacobs. Also present were <br /> Bachman, Hoyt, Maurer and Phillips. <br /> MINUTES OF 1/26/94 APPROVED AS CORRECTED <br /> Hustad suggested on Page 3, "Discussion of Possible Community and Neighbor -Based <br /> Play Groups" be changed to read "Discussion of Possible Community and Neighbor <br /> based Indoor Playground Hustad also corrected the spelling of Nan Knutsen from <br /> "o" to "e Jacobs added that his name be noted on the list of absentees. <br /> Gibson Talbot noted a typo on page 2, first paragraph, where it should read 1993 <br /> rather than 1933. <br /> CONSENT ITEM C -5 DELETED FROM CONSENT AGENDA AND PLACED ON POLICY <br /> AGENDA <br /> Hustad requested Item C -5, Request for authorization to request proposals for the <br /> demolition and removal of 2061 W. Larpenteur Ave. be placed on the policy agenda. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br /> Council approved the following Consent Agenda by unanimous consent: <br /> 1. Disbursements <br /> a. General disbursements through 2/3/94, $54,989,83. <br /> b. Payroll, 1/16/94 to 1/31/94, $11, 742.52 <br /> 2. Licenses: DeLange Dancers Studio, Inc., #3046, Hewlett Packard, <br /> #3047, Source Comics Games, #3048, Do -It- Yourself Upholstery <br /> Supply, #3049, Action Disposal Systems /BFI, #3050. <br /> 3. Appointment of Nick Baumann to assistant fire chief. <br /> 4. Authorization for city administrator to sign contract <br /> 5. Scheduling a workshop with the planning commission to discuss the <br /> commission's recommendations on the city's commercial development <br /> moratorium. <br />
