Conditional Uses. <br /> Adding: Bank drive -in facilities as an accessory use to a <br /> financial institution with hours open to the <br /> public as identified in the conditional use <br /> permit. <br /> Second hand goods store, as defined in the zoning <br /> code. <br /> Subdivision 4. Permitted Accessory Uses. <br /> One pool table per 2,000 square feet of area <br /> excluding area devoted to bowling lanes and one <br /> video or electronic game per 300 square feet of <br /> area excluding area devoted to bowling lanes are <br /> permitted accessory uses to a bowling alley. <br /> The limited sale of used merchandise is allowed as <br /> an accessory use, but only if the following <br /> conditions are met: <br /> (i) The sale of used merchandise must be clearly <br /> incidental to the sale of new merchandise of the <br /> same general type. <br /> (ii) The used merchandise which is sold on the premises <br /> must be acquired by the owner of the principal use <br /> only on a "trade -in" basis from customers trading in <br /> used merchandise at the time they purchase new <br /> merchandise of the same general type. <br /> (iii) The portion of used merchandise on the premises may <br /> not, at any time, occupy more than ten percent of <br /> the sales area of the premises. <br /> Deletion: The incidental storage of merchandise that is to <br /> be sold on the premises. <br /> Subdivision 5. Other requirements. All uses shall, in <br /> addition to all other requirements apply the following <br /> standards: <br /> a. No bars on doors or windows during business hours. <br /> b. No automatic interior or exterior security lock <br /> doors that require requesting entry or exit during <br /> business hours. <br /> c. No exterior storage of merchandise. <br /> d. No exterior sales of merchandise except twice a year <br /> for three days at a time as a sidewalk sale. <br /> 6 <br />
