The limited sale of used merchandise is allowed as an accessory use, but only if the following conditions are met: (i) The sale of used merchandise must be clearly incidental to the sale of new merchandise of the same general type. (ii) The used merchandise which is sold on the premises must be acquired by the owner of the principal use only on a "trade -in" basis from customers trading in used merchandise at the time they purchase new merchandise of the same general type. (iii) The portion of used merchandise on the premises may not, at any time, occupy more than ten percent of the sales area of the premises.
