regarding such persons as is required in <br /> paragraph B of this section of the code. <br /> 7. Application and Investigation Fees. The fees for a <br /> therapeutic massage enterprise licenses shall be as set <br /> forth in section 4.O1A of this code. An investigation <br /> fee shall be charged for therapeutic massage enterprise <br /> licenses as set forth in section 4.O1A of this code. <br /> Each application for a license shall be accompanied by <br /> payment in full of the required license and <br /> investigation fee, if applicable. <br /> 8. Application Verification and Consideration. The city <br /> shall verify the information supplied on the license <br /> application and shall investigate the background, <br /> including the criminal background, of the applicant to <br /> assure compliance with this section. Within ninety (90) <br /> days of receipt of a complete application and fee for a <br /> therapeutic massage enterprise license, the city <br /> administrator shall make a written recommendation to <br /> the city council as to issuance or nonissuance of the <br /> license. The city council may order and conduct such <br /> additional investigation as it deems necessary, but <br /> shall grant or deny the application within one hundred <br /> twenty (120) days of receipt by the city of the <br /> complete application and fee. At an advertised public <br /> hearing the city council shall approve or deny the <br /> therapeutic massage enterprise license. <br /> 9. Persons Ineligible for License. No therapeutic <br /> massage enterprise license shall be issued to a person <br /> who: <br /> a. is a minor at the time the application is <br /> filed; <br /> b. has been convicted of any crime directly <br /> related to the occupation licensed as prescribed <br /> by Minnesota Statutes, Section 364.03; <br /> c. is not a citizen of the United States or a <br /> resident alien; <br /> d. is not of good moral character or repute; <br /> e. is not the real party in interest of the <br /> enterprise; <br /> f. has misrepresented or falsified information on <br /> the license application; <br /> g. cannot meet the definition of therapeutic <br /> massage enterprise in this chapter (5 -3.08 B) of <br /> this code. <br /> 10. General License Restrictions <br /> a. A therapeutic massage enterprise license issued <br /> must be posted in a conspicuous place on the <br /> 6 <br />
