number, or other identifying mark on such <br /> item; <br /> 2) The price of the item paid by the <br /> precious metal dealer; <br /> 3) The date, time, and place of receipt of <br /> the item; <br /> 4) The name, address, and date of birth of <br /> the person from whom the item was received; <br /> 5) The identification number from one of the <br /> following forms of identification of the <br /> person from whom the item was received: A <br /> valid drivers license; a Minnesota <br /> identification card; or a photo <br /> identification issued by the state of <br /> residency of the person from whom the item <br /> was received. <br /> e. Police order to hold property. Whenever the <br /> city police department notifies the precious metal <br /> dealer not to sell an item, the item shall not be <br /> sold or removed from the licensed premises until <br /> authorized to be released by the city police <br /> department. <br /> f. Holding period. Any item received by the <br /> precious metal dealer, for which a report to the <br /> police is required under subpart (c) of this <br /> section, shall not be sold or otherwise <br /> transferred for 14 days after the date of such <br /> report to the police. <br /> g. Receipt. The precious metal dealer shall <br /> provide a receipt to the seller of any item of <br /> property received, which shall include the name, <br /> address and phone number of the precious metal <br /> dealer business; the date on which the item was <br /> received by the precious metal dealer; a <br /> description of the item received and amount paid <br /> to the seller in exchange for the item sold. <br /> h. Hours of operation. No precious metal dealer <br /> shall keep the precious metal dealer business open <br /> for the transaction of business on any day of the <br /> week before 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. <br /> i.
