To be able to address <br /> whether or not there are negative secondary impacts from adult uses, staff <br /> reviewed studies conducted by other cities. <br /> STUDIES USED TO DETERMINE SECONDARY IMPACTS <br /> Several local and national studies have determined that negative secondary impacts <br /> result from adult uses.
