Also present were Hoyt and <br /> Asleson. <br /> ABSENT <br /> Gibson Talbot. <br /> MINUTES OF APRIL 27, 1994 <br /> Council approved minutes as presented. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br /> Council approved the following Consent Agenda by unanimous <br /> consent: <br /> 1. Disbursements <br /> a. General disbursements through 4/29/94, $128,494.29 <br /> b. Payroll, 4/16/94 4/30/94, $10,859.32 <br /> 2. Licenses <br /> 3. Authorization for purchase of a pneumatic hammer and <br /> portable generator <br /> 4. Authorization for purchase of a personal computer <br /> 5. Cancellation of the June 8, 1994 council meeting <br /> POLICY AGENDA <br /> There was no policy agenda at this meeting. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> Councilmember Gehrz reported that the Human Rights Commission is <br /> seeking ways to get more information from people. She asked that <br /> council liaisions inquire at their Commission meetings about <br /> doing a joint newsletter survey. <br /> Administrator Hoyt reported that the St. Anthony city council had <br /> formally approved the police services proposal as submitted to <br /> Falcon Heights. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> The meeting adjourned at 6:51 p.m. <br /> Tom Baldwin, Mayor <br /> Carla Asleson <br /> Recording Secretary <br />
