F. Infrastructure improvement capital fund <br /> The infrastructure improvement fund includes costs associated with <br /> water hydrants, water line replacement, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, <br /> curb, gutter and street reconstruction. The next major project is <br /> Larpenteur Avenue in 1997, which is a county project, but will require <br /> city funds. <br /> The 1995 capital plan includes an alley replacement program for the <br /> most deteriorated alleys in the Northome neighborhood. Prior to <br /> planning much further for local street reconstruction, staff <br /> recommends re- evaluating the condition of the streets that are <br /> scheduled for reconstruction and the financing available in 1997 and <br /> beyond. <br /> LO <br />
