CONSENT CONSENT CONSENT CONSENT CONSENT CONSENT <br /> Meeting Date: 9/28/94 <br /> Agenda Item: C 5 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> REQUEST FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION <br /> ITEM DESCRIPTION: Resolution reapportioning the assessments from two "old" <br /> parcels to "new" parcels <br /> SUBMITTED BY: Susan Hoyt, City Administrator <br /> REVIEWED BY: Frank Kriz, Maier Stewart Engineering <br /> EXPLANATION /SUMMARY: <br /> The University Grove Subdivision was replatted about two years ago. Four of the <br /> parcels involved in the replatting have new pin numbers. These parcels were <br /> assessed for the 1993 street project under the old pin number. In order to re- assign <br /> the assessment to the new pin number, the city must pass and certify a resolution to <br /> the county <br /> The parcels include: <br /> Old Pin New Pin <br /> 20- 29- 23 -11- 0248 -4 20-29-23-11-0260-4 <br /> 20- 29- 23 -11- 0247 -1 20- 29- 23 -11- 0261 -7 <br /> 20- 29- 23 -11- 0243 -9 20- 29- 23 -11- 0256 -5 <br /> 20- 29- 23 -11- 0242 -6 20- 29- 23 -11- 0257 -8 <br /> ATTACHMENT: <br /> A Resolution re- assigning the assessments <br /> B map of four Tots that were re- numbered and need re- assessment <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Adopt resolution certifying the re- assignment of the street assessments to the four <br /> identified parcels in the University Grove Subdivision 2. <br />
