j. One accessory structure for compost not to cover <br /> more than twenty -five (25) square feet in area and five <br /> (5) feet in height in the rear yard. A compost <br /> structure that meets this requirement, 9 -2.04, <br /> Subdivision 1(c) and 9 -4.01, Subdivision 3(k) does not <br /> require a Permitted Accessory Use Permit. A larger <br /> composting structure requires a Permitted Accessory <br /> Use. (Adopted by Ordinance 0- 89 -16, November 8, 1989.) <br /> Subdivision 2. Specific. <br /> a.
