Since that time the Commission has expanded its role within <br /> the four cities. <br /> The city council approved the city's sponsorship of the Mayors' Commission at its <br /> October 12, 1994 meeting. At that time the council also approved signing the <br /> application for $99,800 of state grant funds to continue funding the Mayors' <br /> Commission for 1995 and 1996. Councilmembers expressed an interest in hearing <br /> more about the Mayors' Commissions' activities. <br /> Connie Bernardy, the MCAD consultant, will present information about the Mayors' <br /> Commission and answer questions. <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Hear Connie Bernardy's presentation and discuss the activities of the Mayors' <br /> Commission. <br /> IC' Ifs:.
