No. R -94 -24 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br /> Date: 10/26/94 <br /> ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT AND RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the alleys between Larpenteur Avenue and <br /> California Avenue from Arona to Pascal Street and Pascal Street to Albert <br /> Street; between California and Idaho from Arona Street to Pascal Street and <br /> Pascal Street to Albert Street; and between Idaho and Iowa from Pascal Street <br /> to Albert Street; <br /> WHEREAS, on July 28, 1994 the city council moved to have the city engineer <br /> prepare a draft feasibility report on the possible improvement of these alleys; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON <br /> HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA THAT <br /> the city engineer be instructed to prepare a feasibility report for the city council <br /> on the improvements that will advise the council in a preliminary way as to <br /> whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best <br /> be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br /> estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; <br /> And that the city council will consider the improvement of the alleys as <br /> described above in accordance with the report; and that the city council will <br /> consider assessment of abutting property owners for all or a portion of the cost <br /> of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an <br /> estimated total cost of the improvement of 143,000. <br /> A public hearing shall be scheduled and held on the proposed improvement at <br /> a later date. <br /> Moved by: Approved by: <br /> Mayor <br /> BALDWIN October 26, 1994 <br /> GEHRZ In Favor Date <br /> GIBSON TALBOT <br /> HUSTAD Against Attested by: <br /> JACOBS City Administrator <br /> October 26, 1994 <br /> Date <br />
