This includes the portion that is between <br /> the property line and the sanitary sewer main. However, in cases where the existing <br /> service is deteriorated and requires replacing, the city will provide $250 toward this <br /> replacement cost. New sanitary services are paid for entirely by the property owner. <br /> Ms. Graham is requesting the $250 since she replaced her sewer service on <br /> September 30, 1994.
