A salary adjustment is made each year to keep the salary within the range <br /> of similar sized cities in the area. <br /> The city administrator is also eligible for 15 days vacation a year since she has been <br /> employed for five years with the City of Falcon Heights. She began as the city <br /> planner on July 1, 1989. <br /> The adjustment recommended by the city council is from 48,000 to <br /> 50,500 through August 15, 1995. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> A Resume of city administrator <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Approve a salary increase for the city administrator retroactive to August 15, 1994. <br /> CON <br />
