Also present were Hoyt and Asleson. <br /> ABSENT <br /> Jacobs. <br /> MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 9, 1994 <br /> Minutes were approved unanimously as presented. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br /> The council approved the following consent agenda by unanimous consent of the <br /> council: <br /> 1. Disbursements: <br /> a. General disbursements through 11/15/94, $5,129.35 <br /> b. General disbursements through 11/18/94, $30,891.72 <br /> c. Payroll, 11/1/94 to 11/15/94, 51 1,815.38 <br /> 2. Licenses <br /> 3. Purchase of an audio system for Community Park <br /> POLICY AGENDA <br /> There were no policy agenda items for consideration. <br /> CITY INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> Councilmember Gerhz reported that she had attended an organizational meeting on <br /> "Character Counts <br /> Mayor Baldwin suggested that the council meeting scheduled for December 14th <br /> be rescheduled to December 21st so that councilmembers could attend the annual <br /> meeting of the Ramsey County League of Local Governments. <br />
