members of the general public having need to communicate with the <br /> Roseville police department on matters arising out of or <br /> involving persons or property in Falcon Heights may communicate <br /> directly with Roseville's police headquarters. Roseville, under <br /> the terms of this contract, will provide all communication <br /> devices, equipment, records, other materials and personnel <br /> necessary to the performance of this contract except to the <br /> extent that this contract specifically provides for the <br /> furnishing of any part by Falcon Heights. <br /> Falcon Heights shall provide at no cost to Roseville <br /> office facilities in the Falcon Heights City Hall for the use of <br /> Roseville police officers in providing service under this <br /> contract. Roseville shall encourage its officers to communicate <br /> regularly with Falcon Heights authorized personnel regarding <br /> police matters in Falcon Heights. <br /> VI. PUBLIC INFORMATION <br /> Both parties agree to take reasonable steps necessary <br /> to inform the public of the fact that •Roseville is providing <br /> police service for Falcon Heights. Roseville may., at its option, <br /> mark any or all of its police vehicles as "Roseville- Falcon <br /> Heights" or some similar designation. <br /> VII. PERSONNEL: POLICIES AND FRINGE BENEFITS r <br /> All personnel used in providing police service to <br /> Falcon Heights under this contract shall be and remain employees <br /> of Roseville.
