We are constantly <br /> moving and shifting cars during the afternoon when <br /> my wife and I are not working. <br /> I have also noticed a great deal of congestion further <br /> down on Tatum where there are no parking <br /> restrictions. This is caused by the students parking <br /> for the U of M. My problem with this is that the <br /> neighborhood is "tuming over" and there are a <br /> number of small children around these cars (my two <br /> year old included) during the late afternoon.
