No. R -94 -28 <br /> CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br /> Date: 12/21/94 <br /> A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE 1994 DEBT LEVY ON <br /> GENERAL OBLIGATION DEBT <br /> WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Falcon Heights has funds on <br /> hand in the Debt Service Funds in the amount of $131,000.00; and <br /> WHEREAS, this amount is strictly reserved for the debt payment on the <br /> General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1993, and General Obligation Improvement <br /> Bonds of 1991. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of <br /> Falcon Heights that the following be removed from the 1995 tax levy: <br /> G.O. Improvement Bonds 1993 $108,700.00 <br /> G.O.
