ANTHONY POLICE OFFICERS AS <br /> LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS FOR FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Falcon Heights, <br /> Minnesota (the "city as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, on July 11, 1994, a contract for police service made between <br /> the City of St. Anthony and Falcon Heights, both of which are municipal corporations; <br /> was officially adopted by the Falcon Heights city council. This contract is effective <br /> upon the first day of January, 1995, at 12:01 A.M. and <br /> IN ACCORDANCE with Section 16 of the contract for police service, as <br /> approved, Designation of St. Anthony Police Officers as Falcon Heights Officers. <br /> All members of the St. Anthony Police Department are hereby <br /> designated by the City of Falcon heights, as duly appointed <br /> police officers of Falcon Heights, authorized to act on all <br /> law enforcement matters within the limits of Falcon Heights <br /> in the same manner and to the same extent as though they were <br /> employees of Falcon heights.
