City Council Minutes <br /> January 11, 1995 <br /> Page 4 <br /> CITY INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> Councilmember Gibson Talbot noted that she had met with the Human Rights Commission <br /> the previous evening and they had inquired as to whether the city would be completing <br /> A.D.A. retrofitting in the upcoming year.
