Facility Use Agreement: No monetary compensation will be made to the church for use of the <br /> facility. Instead, the city will be responsible for providing all program related supplies that will also <br /> be available for use in church sponsored programs and events conducted in the playroom. <br /> Opening: A grand opening celebration for the community has been scheduled for Saturday, <br /> February 4th. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: A. Proposed Facility Use Agreement <br /> ACTION REQUESTED: (1) Authorization to enter into a facility use agreement with the church for <br /> the purpose of securing a facility to conduct the indoor playroom program; (2) authorization to <br /> purchase toys, and play equipment at a cost of about $1,200; (3) authorization to proceed with <br /> implementation of the indoor playroom program as described. <br />
