Councilmember Gibson Talbot arrived at 7:20 p.m. RESOLUTION R -94 -27 ADOPTING THE 1995 BUDGET AND CERTIFYING THE 1995 PROPERTY TAX LEVY The truth -in- taxation hearing on the proposed 1995 budget was held on December 7, 1994. At this time a resolution adopting the budget and certifying the 1995 property tax levy is necessary. This action finalizes the city's budget process for 1995 and directs the county to levy the associated property taxes. Councilmember Gibson Talbot moved to adopt R -94 -27 authorizing a city operating budget of $1,094,473 for 1995 and a certified tax levy of $520,867. Motion carried unanimously.
