Resolution Adopting Performance Measurement Standards
WHEREAS, 112010, the Miulesota Legislature created the Council on Local Results
and hulovation; and
WHEREAS, hn February 2011, the Council released a standard set of ten
performance measures for counties and ten performance measures for cities that will aid
residents, taxpayers, and state and local elected officials in determining the efficacy of
counties and cities in providing services, and measure residents' opinions of those services;
and
WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights City Council is interested in adopting these
performance measures and tracking the results to better manage the city's resources and
programs,
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Falcon Heights City Council adopts
the performance measures detailed in the Council on Local Results and humvation 2011
Legislative Report dated February 14, 2001; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Falcon Heights City Council direct the City
Administrator to begun implementing the process to gather the information required ii
order to fully qualify for the program as stipulated by the Office of the State Auditor.
