City Administrator Search Process
Mayor Lindstrom circulated a draft schedule for the city administrator search process. The
council designated Mayor Lindstrom and Councilmember Harris as a personnel taskforce to
perform the initial review of any applications. The first interviews will be conducted by two
panels - one made up of community members, two council members, and commission
representatives, the second made up of city staff. The city council will interview finalists
around December 14th with a possible special meeting called in December to name a selection.
The council reviewed the position profile and announcement and made a few small changes.
The workshop concluded at 9:30 p.m.
