Discussion on 5 Year Street CIP and Financing/Funding Scenarios Council and Staff discussed the need for road maintenance as well as the possible funding scenarios over the next 5 years. Council directed Staff to start a feasibility study for 2013 projects and to look at extending the rest of the 5 year projects over a longer period of time. Staff will provide a recommended plan and funding scenar io in the future. Presentation of the first DRAFT of the 2013 General Fund Budget Staff presented an initial DRAFT of the 2013 General Fund Budget in anticipation of needing to set the 2013 levy at the Se ptember 12, 2012, City Council m eeting. As more in formation becomes available, staff will provide it to Council. Also, it is anticipated that more discussion will be had on the DRAFT Budget at the September 5, 2012, Council Workshop.
