Workshop: Special Events, continued The Commission will review a preliminary rough draft of an ordinance that would amend the City Code to allow by special permit certain types of public outdoor events hosted by local businesses. After this final workshop, the preliminary draft will be sent to th e City Attorney for review and a formal draft which the Commission will present for public hearing early in 2013.
