Members present: Mayor Lindstrom, Council Members Gosline, Harris and Long
Members absent: Council Member Mercer-Taylor
City Staff present: City Administrator Bart Fischer
Finance Director Roland Olson
1) Discussion on St. Anthony Police Contract Renewal
The Council discussed the proposed Police Contract renewal with St. Anthony and
directed staff to bring it forward at an upcoming Council meeting for final approval.
2) Discussion with Ehlers on funding Scenarios for the 2013 Street Improvement
Projects.
Representatives from the City’s Financial Advisor, Ehler’s, presented information and
had discussion with Council on bonding for the 2013 Street Improvement Project.
Council directed staff and Ehler’s to begin the process of bonding for the projects and to
bring the necessary approvals forward at future Council meetings.
The workshop concluded at 7:00 p.m.
