Members present: Mayor Lindstrom, Council Members Mercer-Taylor, Harris and Long
Members absent: Council Member Gosline
City Staff present: City Administrator Bart Fischer
Finance Director Roland Olson
1) Discussion of Special Revenue and Debt Service Fund Budgets
The City Administrator and Finance Director presented the proposed 2014 Special
Revenue and Debt Service Fund Budgets for discussion. No changes were directed by
the Councilmembers. These Fund Budgets will be made part of the 2014 Draft Budget to
be brought before the Council at a meeting later this year for final approval.
2) Discussion on State Fair Parking by Commercial Entities
Councilmembers had a discussion regarding whether to continue allowing commercial
entities in town the ability to charge for parking during the State Fair. Council directed
staff to not make any changes at this time.
