Meeting Minutes
November 10, 2014

1. Approval of Minutes from October 13, 2014 – Approved
2. Check in on Do Green in Falcon Heights
David Murphy stopped in to see if there had been any additional conversation on the
conversion to single hauler, and there had not been. Commissioners advised that this
has been brought up in the past and that they can do some research but they won’t do
any extensive work without a Council directive. David said he would contact the City
Administrator and City Council as needed.
3. Car2Go – Josh Johnson
Josh presented on the car share service and asked about the possibility of getting a
contract with the City of Falcon Heights. Commissioners voted to recommend in favor
of a contract with Car2Go to City Council. Staff will work on a contract to bring forward
at a later date.
4. Sustainability Fair – Commission Involvement
The Commission will have a display similar to the one used at the Ice Cream Social.
