G: POLICY ITEMS:
1. Approval of Park Buildings and Playground Assessments Bid
Chuck Long Moved, Approval 3-0
Assistant to the City Administrator Tesser presented the staff report, and Candace
Amberg of WSB & Associates provided additional information and answered questions
from the Council.
2. Declaration of Gertrude Esteros Day Pam Harris Moved, Approval 3-0
Council Member Mercer-Taylor read the proclamation.
H. INFORMATION/ANNOUNCEMENTS:

-Thanked everyone involved in the recent Ice Cream Social Event.
Council Member Beth Mercer-Taylor
-Thanked everyone involved in Night to Unite.
City Administrator Bart Fischer
-Noted that the City’s website has been redesigned.
Assistant to the City Administrator Michelle Tesser
-Announced the upcoming Picnic Operetta at Community Park on 8/17 at 4pm.
-Announced that registration is open for the Falcon Heights/Lauderdale Family 5K.
