RESOLUTION ORDER FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE 2017 PAVEMENT
MANAGEMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, as follows:
WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights plans to complete a Pavement Management Project in 2017.
WHEREAS, The City of Falcon Heights proposes to improve the following streets;
• Garden Avenue, from Snelling Avenue to Hamline Avenue
• Folwell Ave, from Fulham St to Hoyt Ave
• Vincent St, from Hoyt Ave to Folwell Ave
• Northrup Ave, from Hoyt Ave to Folwell Ave
• Burton St, from Hoyt Ave to Folwell Ave
• Coffinan St, From Hoyt Ave to Larpenteur Ave
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights plans to assess all of a portion of the cost of the improvements
to the benefited property owners, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement, called Improvement 17-07, 2017 Pavement Management Project, be
referred to the City Engineer for study and that that person is instructed to report to the council with all
convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended; and a description of
the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for affected parcels.
