AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 113 OF THE
CITY CODE OPTING -OUT OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF
MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 462.3593
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 113 of the Falcon Heights City Code is amended by adding
Section 113-37 to provide as follows:
Sec. 113-37 OPT -OUT OF MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 462.3593.
Pursuant to the authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.3593, subdivision 9,
the City of Falcon Heights opts -out of the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Section
462.3593, which defines and regulates Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance is effective upon adoption.
