RESOLUTION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SOLSMART PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights is committed to increasing access to solar renewable
energy, which serves the residents of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City is committed to improving the solar energy generation development
process; and
WHEREAS, the SolSmart program provides an opportunity to improve and enhance policies
and processes in solar energy development.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights,
Minnesota:
1. Direct Staff to apply for the SolSmart Program.
2. Authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute all necessary documents.
ADOPTED by the Falcon Heights City Council this 28th day of September, 2016.
