Meeting Minutes
Present: Chair Miazga, Staff Liaison Moretto, Mayor Lindstrom, Commissioners
Hall, Montgomery, and Wasserman.
1) Approval of Minutes
Approval of the Minutes from the October 2016 meeting of the Environmental
Commission was approved.
2) News and Announcements
The Commission was interested in inviting the Good Acre to present on their
activities and provide an update. This would be in the late winter or early spring.
There was interest in a member of the Ecology Dept. to speak at a
Commission meeting about clean water and sweeping. Time and date unknown.
3) Pollinator Resolution
Pollinator resolution was discussed and the draft updated with minor
changes. It was recommended that this go to a Council Workshop in the near future.
4) LoGoPEP – Questions and Update
A brief update was given by Liaison Moretto about the wedge tool.
Commissioners were updated on the progress of the LoGoPEP project.
