Meeting Minutes
A. CALL TO ORDER:
Chair Wassenberg called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL:
Present: Jim Wassenberg, Martin McCleery, Patricia Holmes, Patrick Mathwig,
Also present: Council Liaison Peter Lindstrom, Staff Liaison Sack Thongvanh, Staff
Liaison PeggySue Imihy
Absent: Nick Olson, Farook Meah
C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – August
The meeting minutes from August 13, 2018 were unanimously approved.
D. AGENDA
1. CONTINUE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW.
Commissioners continued discussion on the 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
Commissioners offered feedback on specific sections of the plan they would look
into, as delegated at the August 13, 2018 meeting. The October Commission
meeting would also focus on updating the plan for consideration by the Planning
Commission as well as prepare for a joint meeting with the Planning
Commission on October 23, 2018.
E. NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Planning Commission is hosting an open house for the Comprehensive Plan on
September 25, 2018.
F. ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
