November 8, 2000
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gehrz at 7 p.m.
PRESENT: Gehrz, Hustad, Kuettel, Lindstrom, Talbot. Also present: Heather
Worthington, City Administrator, Roger Knutson, City Attorney,
Terry Maurer, City Engineer
ABSENT: Deputy Clerk Phillips
COMMUNITY FORUM: There was no one present wishing to speak.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes of September 27, 2000 and October 25, 2000
were unanimously approved.
Councilmember Hustad moved to approve the following consent agenda. The motion
passed unanimously.

POLICY AGENDA
Approval of payment of painting bill for council chambers
Administrator Worthington said the original painting cost quoted by the painting
contractor was for $575.00. After the first coat was finished, staff determined that a
second coat would be needed on the walls at an additional cost of $475.00. The final cost
of the project was $1,050.00 for painting the council chambers. Councilmember Kuettel
moved to approve the final cost. The motion passed unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m. to a workshop.
