MINUTES
REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
APRIL 11, 1990
Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:00 P.M. and explained to the
public that it would be the first meeting under the new
meeting/workshop format, i.e., the first meeting of the month
consisting of Consent Agenda items only, to be followed by an
informal workshop. The second meeting of the month will be a
complete meeting with policy items on the agenda.
ALL MEMBERS PRESENT
Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz, Jacobs and Wallin. Also present were
Wiessner and Chenoweth.
MINUTES OF MARCH 28, 1990
The Minutes of March 28, 1990 were approved by unanimous
consent.
ADDENDA TO CONSENT AGENDA
Council added the following items to the Consent Agenda:
E-1(a), Approval of Check #23854, E-11, Awarding the Bid for a
Sewer Jetter and E-12, Awarding the Bid for a 1990 3/4 Ton
Pickup

Council approved the following Consent Agenda Items by unanimous
consent:
