CITY TO REQUEST THAT ROSEVILLE ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN A SITE OTHER THAN THE FAIRGROUNDS FOR THEIR SPRING CLEAN-UP Baldwin expressed concern that problems will arise if Roseville conducts the spring clean-up on the State Fairgrounds as planned. A major concern was that the residents of Hollywood Court will bear the brunt of the inconvenience (the site designated if adjacant to the neighborhood) at a time when they are already unhappy with the Fairgrounds due to the blocking of access to Underwood and Hoyt. Another concern was the fact that the clean-up is a one-day event and it is anticipated that miles of cars will be lined up awaiting entrance to the area.- Baldwin ~/~~' 1Ygi }~/ MINUTES MRCH 13. 1991 PAGE 2 ~~ explained that the Roseville City Manager has offered to look for another site if use of the Fairgrounds is felt to be a great problem to Falcon Heights.
