MINUTES
EMERGENCY CITY COUNCIL MEETING
OCTOBER 3, 1991
Baldwin convened the meeting at 8:30 P.M
ALL MEMBERS PRESENT
Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz, Jacobs and Wallin. Also present was
Gedde, Hoyt and Chenoweth.
MEETING DECLARED CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
Gedde recommended that the meeting be declared a closed
Executive Session since the subject matter related to
litigation. After a brief discussion Council agreed to an
Executive Session.
ADJOURNMENT
The Meeting was adjourned at 9:55 P.M. immediately following the
Executive Session.
