SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
NOVEMBER 6, 1991
Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:17 P.M.
PRESENT
Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz and Wallin. Also present were Hoyt and
Chenoweth.
ABSENT
Jacobs.
APPOINTMENT OF CITIZENS' COMMITTEE FOR FALCON HEIGHTS/ROSEVILLE
STUDY
Hoyt presented letters of application from residents who are
interested in serving on the citizens' committee to review the
Falcon Heights/Roseville study of cooperative opportunities as
prepared by the consulting firm of Deloitte Touche. She
explained that one candidate, David Black, had withdrawn due to
other commitments leaving five remaining, the number required
for the committee.
After a brief discussion Gehrz moved the appointment of the
following persons to the citizens' committee:
Ms. Marie Furton
Mr. John Turner
Mr. Joseph Bianchi
Ms. Carol Huso
Mr. Donald Mead
Motion carried unanimously.
