MINUTES
SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
NOVEMBER 12, 1992
Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
ALL MEMBERS PRESENT
Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz, Gibson Talbot and Jacobs. Also present
were Chenoweth and Hoyt.
CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED
Council approved the following Consent Agenda by unanimous
consent .
1. Disbursements:
a. General Disbursements through 11/05/92,
$104,408.51
b. Payroll, 10/16/92 - 10/31/92, $9,838.73
2. Authorization to Hire Greg Hoag as Ice Rink Maintenance
Supervisor for the 1992-93 season
3. Authorization for payment for beginning street
construction items and storm sewer for Cleveland Avenue
project ($13,287.57)
4. Awarding the contract to Pipe Services Corporation for
televising sewers for the 1993 street improvement
project at an estimated cost of $4,005.00
5. Approving RFP for recycling services
6. Adoption of Ordinance 0-92-5 Amending Chapter 8,
Section 4 of the City Code Relating to Regulation of
Trees, Shrubs and Other Plants
7. Adoption of Resolution R-92-48 Authorizing Publication
of Summary of Ordinance 0-92-5
8. Authorizing extension of the lease agreement
with MPCA for air monitoring station at City Hall
to November 30, 1994 at $60.00 per month
9. Licenses: Thermex Corporation, #0993, Wenzel Heating &
AC, #0992, and Computer Renaissance, #0991
