• Food: should there be gluten free, and no peanut?
• CEC should come at 11 am when it starts.
• Parks and Rec will be there with games, bouncy house.
• Amanda will drop off flyers at the apartments but otherwise, we are not doing
door knocking, and CEC will have a table with information.
2. Neighborhood Liaisons
• Liaisons - we need to recruit
• We voted in favor of the revised introduction

OPEN MEETING LAW
• Prior notice of meetings must be given, public can access discussions, attend and read
the minutes
• Four is a quorum for the CEC
• Amanda sends out notices because she IS the public record
• We should not "Reply All"
• No "serial meetings" allowed wherein one person talks to a second who talks to a third,
even though the group is not meeting as a group.
• Fact finding is OK
