CANVASSING BOARD MEETING
NOVEMBER 6, 1985
A meeting of the Canvassing Board of the City of Falcon Heights was
called to order at 6:30 P.M. on November 6, 1985.
Present were Canvassing Board Members Acting Mayor Hard, Councilmembers
Ciernia, Baldwin and Chenoweth. Mayor Eggert was absent.
The Canvassing Board reviewed the tabulation report of the four
precincts for the City Election held on November 5, 1985, which
showed the following results:
FOR THE OFFICE OF MAYOR
Tom Baldwin 737
Irene Struck 109
James Bjostad 1
FOR THE OFFICE OF COUNCILMEMBER
Paul Ciernia 612
Philip Chenoweth 607
Avelyn Hooker 246
Steve Reiter 157
Jim Bykowski 1
.Douglas Bjostad 1
Robert Neff 1
Upon a motion by Councilmember Baldwin, Seconded by Acting Mayor Hard,
it was voted unanimously by the Members acting as Canvassing Board to
declare the following persons duly elected to the respective office
and the Clerk Administrator was instructed to certify such election
returns to the Ramsey County Auditor.
MAYOR - Tom Baldwin for a term of two years
COUNCILMEMBER - Paul Ciernia for a term of
four years
COUNCILMEMBER - Philip Chenoweth for a term
of four years
Adjournment: Upon a motion by Councilmember Ciernia, seconded by
Acting Mayor Hard, the meeting was adjourned at 6:45 P.M.
