1. Review Council Retreat Priorities
The City annual retreat was on Saturday, March 16 at City Hall. Councilmembers were given a
list of priorities and had to choose three or four items to discuss at an upcoming workshop in
2019. Topics with the most votes were; Financial Plan, City Infrastructure – Streets, City
Building and Parks, Fire Services (combined Fire Contract for Lauderdale and Fire Department
Organization and Structure), Cultivating a Caring Community Efforts, and Police Service
Contract.
City Administrator will create a dashboard on the city website. The dashboard will include
priorities and percent status.
