1. Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office – Contract Cities Proposed 2020 Budget
• Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) staff members presented the Proposed
2020 Budget for the contracted cities. City Council members asked questions
regards to the 2020 budget and RCSO assisted in answering them.
2. City Website Update Proposals
• City Staff presented the PowerPoint presentation and City Council agreed to
move forward with staff recommendation of Granicus as the vendor.
3. Proposed 2020 City Budget – General Fund
• City Administrator Thongvanh reviewed the funding requests, modifications,
and changes.
• City Council members asked questions for items #5, #6, #7 and #8. City
Administrator Thongvanh assisted in answering them and City Council
approved the budget.
4. Proposed Resolution Opposing Racist and Xenophobic Language
• City Council discussed the Proposed Resolution and it was a 1-3 vote. City
Council did not moved to approve the resolution.
