AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 113-177, 113-178, AND 113-179
OF THE FALCON HEIGHTS CITY CODE
This
ordinance amends Sections 113-177, 113-178, and 113-179 concerning adult day centers. This ordinance allows adult day centers as a conditional use in the City’s business districts.
A
printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City Administrator/Clerk’s regular office hours.

City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota this 9th day of January, 2019.
