AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 113-242
OF THE FALCON HEIGHTS CITY CODE
This ordinance amends Chapter
113, Section 242 of the Falcon Heights City Code concerning fences. This ordinance regulates the height, material, and placement of fences in corner lots.
A printed copy of the entire
ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the City Administrator/Clerkâs regular office hours.
