AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 113
OF THE FALCON HEIGHTS CITY CODE
This Ordinance amends three sections
of Chapter 113 of the Falcon Heights City Code related to defining and regulating building height.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person
during the City Administrator/Clerkâs regular office hours.
APPROVED and ADOPTED for publication by the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota this 8th day of May, 2019.
